1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Intemso ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use Intemso as a student, you must be currently enrolled at an accredited university in Ghana and be at least 18 years of age. Employers must be registered businesses or individuals with legitimate project needs.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your profile up to date. Sharing accounts is prohibited.

4. Platform Usage

Intemso is a marketplace that connects students with employers. We do not employ students directly. All work agreements are between the student and the employer. The Platform facilitates communication, payments, and dispute resolution.

5. Payments & Fees

All payments are processed through our escrow system via Paystack. Service fees are deducted automatically from student earnings per our sliding fee structure. Employers are not charged platform fees for posting gigs or hiring talent.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all work product created by a student under a contract transfers to the employer upon full payment. Students retain the right to showcase work in their portfolio unless restricted by the contract terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not: circumvent the payment system, engage in fraud, harass other users, create fake accounts or reviews, or use the platform for illegal activities. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a student and employer, Intemso provides mediation services. Both parties agree to participate in good faith in the dispute resolution process before seeking external remedies.

9. Limitation of Liability

Intemso is not liable for the quality of work delivered, missed deadlines, or disputes between users beyond our mediation services. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
